You need to stick with your exercise program. It can be easy to give up on it, especially if you do not reach your goals when you want to. But if you stick with it, and change it up as you need to, you can reach your fitness goals and get in the shape that you want. No matter what your exercise goals are, if you are patient with your fitness plan, and stick to it, you can lose weight, get in shape and feel better about yourself. Choose exercises that you enjoy doing and that you are going to be able to stick with.
